2 Cups Red Potatoes – Quartered
¼ cup Olive Oil
1 package of Lipton Onion Dry Soup
Wash potatoes and quarter each potato, leaving the skin on. Mix together oil and dry onion soup in Gallon size Ziploc bag. Put cut up potatoes in bag and mix with oil mixture. Put on a large, edged cookie sheet. Place in 425 oven and bake for 1 hour turning potatoes occasionally.
Made these potatoes at Christmas time for a church function. Everyone raved about them. I was kind of embarrassed to tell everyone the recipe was on the back of the Lipton Soup Mix.
