7 Layer Greek Dip


Here is a new twist on an old favorite!

GREEK SEVEN LAYER DIP

16 oz. Philadelphia Brand Chive and Onion Cream Cheese
16 oz. Hummus 
1 Large Cucumber
4 Large Plum Tomatoes
1 C Feta Cheese
1 Small Can Olives, Chopped
1 Bunch Green Onions
1 Small Bottle Italian Dressing

Peel the cucumber and chop up the tomatoes and cucumber into bite size pieces. Pour into a bowl and pour about 1 cup of Italian Salad Dressing.  Let marinate while preparing the rest of the dish.

Whip up the cream cheese with a fork and spread it on a large platter or tray.  Spread the hummus on top. 
Drain off the salad dressing from vegetables and spread evenly over hummus.  Sprinkle the feta cheese on top of veggies and then sprinkle on olives.  Cut up green part of green onions, (chives) into small pieces and then sprinkle on top of olives.  Serve with Baked Pita Chips.  So Good!
