Chocolate Rolo Cookies


I like caramel, or carmel however you say it.  It is ooie and gooie!  These cookies satisfy any craving - chocolate, caramel or sweet.


 
Chocolate Rolo Cookies


1 Box Chocolate Cake Mix, any kind
1/2 C Margarine
1 egg
1 Bag of Rolos candies, unwrapped

Melt margarine.  Mix into cake mix and then add beaten egg to mixture.  Form balls of dough.  Wrap the dough around an unwrapped rolo and cook about 10 minutes at 350 degrees.

Serve with ice cream or without.  Either way you WIN!!!
