Buffalo Chicken Wings

Whenever we have a party, my boys ask for Chicken Wings. They love them. The are very fattening, but my skinny boys do not seem to have a problem eating three or four pounds of these without gaining a pound.

10 lbs. Chicken Wings
1 Bottle Frank's Hot Sauce

Preheat your oven for 400 degrees.I like to buy my chicken wings at Walmart.  I have found they have the best price since Costco doesn't sell plain wings anymore.  I usually buy 10 pounds of wings disjointed.  I line a large cookie tray with tin foil.  I have a rack that fits right into my cookie sheet so I use that, put for years I just placed the chicken wings on the tin foil.  They have a tendency to stick, so spray your tinfoil with Pam.

I line up the wings, very tightly in four long rows on the cookie sheet.    Place the wings in the oven and let cook for 30 minutes.  Turn every wing over and then cook for another 30  minutes.

Prepare a large bowl with Frank's Red Hot Sauce in it.  Put 6-10 wings in the bowl and cover with sauce.  Once covered, place on a platter and serve while warm.  If by chance, all the wings don't get eaten, they will in the next couple of days.
