Roasted Broccoli and Cauliflower


Roasted Vegetables

2 Large Bunch Broccoli
1 Head Cauliflower
1/2 C. Olive Oil
1 Pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Dry Salad Mix

Heat oven to 400 degrees.  Cut broccoli and cauliflower into small bite size pieces.  Place half of it in a large Ziploc Bag.  Pour 1/4 C. of Oliver Oil and 1 Tbsp. of dry Salad Dressing Mix over vegetables.  Mix thoroughly and then pour out onto a large cookie sheet.  Do the same to the other half of the vegetables.  If you can get it all in one Ziploc bag, power to ya!  I have not been able to mix them altogether because it always spills out the top.

Bake for 20-30 minutes until the crispness you like.  Mix occasionally while cooking.  I like mine with parts of the vegetables charbroiled so I leave it in until I see those crispy parts.
