Okay, maybe this is a cheese dip more than a cheese ball, but you can do what ever you want, right? I just want to put the stuff on crackers and eat it. Cheese balls need to be simple, quick and good. This one is just what you want.
How to make a Cheese Ball
1. Put the cream cheese and the contents of the Old English and Roka Blue bottles into a stand mixer. These bottles of cheese are in the same section as Velveeta in the grocery store. They are in small glass jars that I clean, keep and use for the grandchildren to drink out of. Mix the soft cheeses for 3-4 minutes, scrapping the sides occasionally to make sure the cheeses are mixed together well.
2. Add in the onion flakes, accent and Worcestershire. Beat until the spices are mixed in. This seriously takes 30 seconds.
3. Add the grated cheese and parsley. I like to grate the cheese on the smallest side of my grater. At this point, I pulse the mixer to get the cheese and parsley so they are mixed in but not beat up. You can also fold these two ingredient into the soft cheese mixture.
4. Scoop out the contents onto saran wrap. Then pick up the sides of the saran wrap and form a ball with your hands. Or you can do what I do, and use an ice cream scoop and put it into a pretty bowl.
Let me know on Instagram or Pinterest if you make this. Post a picture and then tag me @dinasdiner. I want to know how it turns out.

My husband likes cheese balls! He finds them at stores all over the valley where we live. He brings them home, tries them out and then asks me to make this recipe. I think you will like it too!
